The pulse of every team is their fans. When a team is on fire, the fans will show their extreme passion. When a team is limping to the finish line, the fans agonize with the team.

College sports fans are the epitome of this. These fans live and die by their school's performance.

But showing up to the games isn't enough; you have to wear your team's gear. But not everybody knows where to go to show off the pride that they have for the team.

Luckily, we've done the searching for you.

In Mid Rivers Mall there is a shop for all things for the college team that we've all come to follow with a passion: the University of Missouri.

Tiger Town, which is owned by College Spirit LLC, opened up this summer to the delight of many local Mizzou fans.

"Everybody who walks in here says they've been waiting for a store like this to open," said Tiger Town manager Debbie Voss.

Mizzou student Samantha Dobyns says, "I think it's pretty great. It's the perfect store for Tiger fans and potential Tigers to get all their Mizzou gear."

With the recent success of the Mizzou football, basketball and baseball teams, the school's popularity as soared in the St. Louis area.

Having Tiger Town at Mid Rivers Mall is the ideal location since it is located right off Interstate-70, which is taken by commuters on their way down to Columbia.

"A lot of kids out here want to go to school [at Mizzou] and so this store makes it easier for them to buy Mizzou stuff before they go to school." Employee Cassandra Teare had to say.

The store carries a wide variety of items ranging from footballs branded with the Missouri Tiger logo to miniature Mizzou car flags to t-shirts making Kansas into a four-letter word.

Tiger Town is mostly an apparel store with most of their store filled with clothes proudly brandishing the history and the aura that is the University of Missouri.

"I just see this being a success," Voss said.

So if on the way to big game and you don't think that you're decked out in enough black and gold, you won't have to go out of your way to prove your fanhood.
